Mdm Sri's Bio:

- Mdm Sri is a 65years young Singapore-born Javanese

- A single-mom and with 4 grown up kids.... 3 sons age 42, 41, 36 and a 34 y/o daughter

- Keeping fit and eating right has always been Mdm Sri's priority in order to do her job well

- She believes if a woman doesn't feel good from her inside ,then she will not look good from the outside

- Be conscious of what you eat.....as one saying goes..."You are what you eat"

- Never too late to lose that extra weight
